Our client is a global market leader for rubber floor coverings. Due to further growth of the Company in Poland, we are now looking for a Professional for the new role of:
Account Manager
Place of work: Home office
Area of responsibility: Poland & Czech Republic & Slovakia
Responsibilities:
* Build networks and relationship to architects and designers, end users, general contractors.
* Together with Regional director develop dealer network and implement company synergies in portfolio and commercial activities in region.
* Drives resilient flooring specifications with architects, designers, and major end-users
* Increase sales revenue activity
* Implements strategy by conducting company knowledge presentations
* Focus to gain new- and grow market share with top customers
* Collaborate with dealer’s sales teams hunting together as well as bringing in own new business to maximise opportunities and revenue growth in the region.
* Daily sales calls and customer visits.
* Increase sales efficiency and develop dealership by increased brand presence and focus on company’s portfolio.
* Regular reporting and forecasting of sales development, sales funnel and opportunities.
Requirements:
* 3 years commercial experience
* Willingness to travel 50% of time
* Excellent interpersonal skills
* Excellent communications skills in Polish & English
* Experience from Commercial hard floor segment
* Experience working with Architects & Designers and/or dealers
* Experience in Governmental tenders
* Possible background flooring; manufacturing/dealer side, good relations in the Polish construction industry
