Outplacement
Continuous changes in the economic climate, particularly during "recession" periods results in employers having to make changes to their staffing levels. Outplacement is a common method which is used to ease this restructurization process. The aim is two fold – to ensure support for the employee who is losing his/her job and allows the Employer to maintain its good name and positive opinion on the market.
Goodman offers its' clients the following support within the Outplacement Program:
- employee audit and verification of the possibility of retraining/re-qualification of employees
- actively looking for new job offers for those employees
- intensive training with regard to effective job search techniques on the labor market
- training in communication skills and auto presentation skills, allowing the employee to prepare better for interview with potential new employers
- assistance with preparing professional CV and motivation letter
