The Controller (ADO) of your personal data is Helen Ruddy-Załuska NIP: 7132162269 and Krzysztof Załuska NIP: 846-10-71-930, running operations under the name GOODMAN Doradztwo Personalne Spółka Cywilna Helen Ruddy-Załuska, Krzysztof Załuska having its registered office in Warsaw, ul. Łucka 18 lok. 2004 NIP: 1182010268.
  2. Personal data are processed for the purposes related to recruitment for ADO business partners and performance of the related legal obligations. The legal basis for processing is Article 6 section 1 a), b), c) and Article 9 section 2) of Regulation of the European Parliament and the Council (UE) 2016/67 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons in connection with the processing of personal data and on the free flow of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/WE (O.J.EU.L.2016.119.1)(GDPR).
  3. The recipients of your personal data are only entities to whom, by the law, ADO must provide natural person's data as well as contractors for whom the recruitment is conducted.
  4. The data will be processed no longer than until the end of recruitment and the end of the guarantee term, as specified in the agreement between ADO and the contractor. The Candidate shall be entitled to the right to information about the duration of this period in a particular case. With regard to the data provided without the recruitment process, owing to the continuous recruitment process conducted by ADO, the data will be removed after 2 years from the date of transfer, unless the candidate withdraws the consent earlier.
  5. A natural person is entitled to the right to access their personal data, correct, remove them or restrict the processing thereof or the right to submit an objection against the processing as well as the right to transfer data and the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.
  6. For the data processed on the basis of Article 6 section 1 letter a) or Article 9 section 2 letter a) of GDPR – the person shall be entitled to withdraw the consent at any time without effect on compliance with the law of any data processing which has been completed under the consent prior to the withdrawal;
  7. Giving your data is voluntary, while any failure to provide the data necessary for the recruitment process prevents further cooperation with ADO.
