Sales Manager

Overall Profile

Sales Manager should define and implement the commercial strategy for Large Customers, be a blend of an inspirational leader and a winning and strategic salesperson.

Responsibilities:

* Forecast sales, define and implement the sales action plan
* Define qualitative and quantitative objectives, globally and individually
* Be responsible for the achievement of the sales objectives and customer profitability
* Have direct customer responsibilities with large and strategic accounts:

- Define key account prospects and major perspectives
- Prepare and implement contracts
- Study prices conditions for specific customers

* Study market and competition environment
* Supervise key accounts and framework agreements, after sales service for the machines and systems
* Organize and take part in trade shows
* Report, monitor and analyse results
* Elaborate and control the respect of budgets
* Manage the Internal Sales and Field Sales team (organize and rationalize Sales forces, HR activities, motivate the team, being a coach/mentor, supports on technical issues)
* Building internal network with key people and functions in departments: purchasing, marketing, customer relations center
* Be part of Management Team (quality implementation programs)
* Organize and take part in trade shows


Requirements:


* Background as Sales Manager in outreach B2B sales with at least 3 years of solid experience and documented good sales results
* 3 + years of leadership experience with full staff responsibility
* Knowledge of B2B distribution, logistics, industry, wholesale, packaging, retail
* Customer services oriented
* Computer skills
* Fluent in English
* Teamwork skills
* Interpersonal skills
* Positive, dynamic, hands-on approach
* Open to business travels
