Our client is a world-leading provider of industrial solutions - serves customers in plants, construction and offshore applications around the world with sales of dewatering flow like submersible and surface pumps.

We are now looking for an experienced professional to take on the role of:

Sales Engineer

Region: Poland

Key role: Responsible of the market share evolution for the Flow products within Poland


Responsibilities:

* Plan and prioritize daily personal sales activities and customer/prospect contact, towards achieving agreed business aims, including cost and sales
* Work in a proactive way to achieve profitable growth targets with high focus on direct and indirect sales, growing market share including customer share and consolidated profitability
* Realize, directly or in cooperation with others the whole sales cycle necessary to obtain the orders/purchase contract
* Identify and listing potential customers or dealers and implement marketing campaigns and business follow-up agreed with Direct Manager
* Increase the market share in the assigned territory on direct and indirect sales of portable surface and submersible pumps and track the market share
* Work / Plan sales activities in a cost-effective way
* Establish, develop and maintain customers and dealers’ satisfaction and loyalty, through visits, telephone calls and correspondence
* Create a sales action plan and report status on a regular basis
* Consult with direct management proposal details as pricing, type of product, warranty
* Continuously monitor the market and competition

Requirements:

* Engineering school educational background preferably Mechanical, Electrical
* Minimum 2 years of experience in portable machines business (experience in the pump business is preferred) on sales representative position
* Technical understanding
* Proven experience in dewatering applications/ pump business
* Commercial and organizational experience
* Strong computer literacy
* Experience with an ERP system is a plus
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Fluent in English and Polish is required; any other language will be considered as a plus
* Willing to travel regularly within the Region and occasionally to the HQ
* Ability to work independently in remote environment
