This method we recommend to Clients when searching personnel for specialist and middle level positions. With the aim of increasing the chances of finding the best candidates we use 2 sources: advertising on internet portals and press as well as GoodMan database. The best candidates are then interviewed by our consultants and accordingly presented to the client.

  • speed of receiving candidate applications
  • exect selection of received CVs according to the recruitment criteria
  • obtaining additional information about the labor market as well as current salary levels
  • possibility to maintain confidentiality (GoodMan logo is used during advertising campaign therefore keeping details of the client confidential)
