INFORMATION OBLIGATION
  1. The Controller (ADO) of your personal data is Patryk Załuska NIP: 1182250268 running operations under the name Patryk Załuska GOODMAN DoradztwoPersonalne having its registered office in Warsaw, ul. PrzyAgorze 13A lok 41.
  2. Personal data are processed for the purposes related to performance of the above request and the reason for the contact as well as performance of the related legal obligations. The legal basis for processing is Article 6 section 1 a) of Regulation of the European Parliament and the Council (UE) 2016/67 of 27 April 2016. on the protection of natural persons in connection with the processing of personal data and on the free flow of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/WE (O.J.EU.L.2016.119.1)(GDPR).
  3. The recipients of your personal data are entities to whom, by the law, ADO must provide natural person's data, external accounting office and entities providing IT services allowing processing of the request.
  4. The data will be processed for the period of storage of the documentation as defined in separate laws, and when these are missing – for the period until the claims resulting from the contact are valid, no longer than 3 years.
  5. A natural person is entitled to the right to access their personal data, correct, remove them or restrict the processing thereof or the right to submit an objection against the processing as well as the right to transfer data and the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.
  6. For the data processed on the basis of Article 6 section 1 letter a) of GDPR – the person shall be entitled to withdraw the consent at any time without effect on compliance with the law of any data processing which has been completed under the consent prior to the withdrawal;
  7. Giving your data is voluntary, while any failure to provide the data needed for the type of processing can prevent cooperation with ADO.
