Our client is a global, leading player in the iron foundry industry with European Head Office in Denmark. They are cooperating mostly with customers in the automotive and industrial technology sectors. The company recently set up a machine production facility in Poland, in Słupno, 30km north of Warsaw where they currently employ 120 employees. Due to continued growth we are now looking for an experienced professional for the role of:
Customer Service Specialist/Internal Sales
Słupno/near Warsaw
Main responsibilities:
* You are the main point of contact with clients in central and western Europe from internal sales
* You will take orders from clients, create production orders for the foundry in the production schedule (Navision)
* You will ensure availability of molds/products in the factory
* Communicate any process changes or delays with clients, foundry in Denmark and production facility in Poland and decide on production priorities, change in production orders when necessary
* Control warehoused materials to avoid over production
* Close co-operation with local departments in Poland and central European office in Denmark
* Work on Navision system and SAP
Requirements:
* Good higher educational background
* Minimum 3 years experience in customer service, order handling environment
* Good practical knowledge/experience in working with Navision and/or SAP or any other ERP system
* Very good skills in MS-Office
* Understanding of production companies and especially machining companies is an added advantage
* Excellent communication skills and strong relations with customers
* Very good written and spoken English. German skills would be an advantage
* Live or can relocate to an area close to Słupno (NE of Warsaw)
* Ability to work independently
