Our Client is a leading international general contractor in automated warehouse AutoStore® solutions. Company offers innovative and customized AutoStore® solutions to help customers optimize their warehouse processes and maximize efficiency. Due to the expansion of the sales office in Poland, we are looking for a professional to take on the new challenging role of:

Sales Manager AutoStore® solutions

Place of work: home office (Poland) + travelling to clients

Responsibilities:

- Developing sales of intralogistics AutoStore® solutions in Poland and abroad
- Active business development in sectors: E-commerce, retail, food industry, pharma, automotive, consumer electronics, contract logistics and etc.
- Taking part in concept development of intralogistics systems with AutoStore®, cooperating with Engineering Team
- Technical advising and evaluating customers’ needs
- Taking part in proposal creations for fully automated intralogistics systems
- Customer management. Presenting solutions and actively managing customer relationships to ensure satisfaction
- Giving presentations and webinars. Representing company at trade fairs and events.
- Cooperating with the Engineering Team in Poland (Installation Engineers, PM, Maintenance Engineers, Service)
- Working from home office + travelling in Poland and abroad

Requirements:

- Practical experience in selling AutoStore® solutions will be a big advantage (we are also open for candidates with experience in other intralogistics systems)
- Degree in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, or a comparable qualification will be valuable
- Customer Orientation: You act with a customer-first mindset and guide the process from initial contact to contract signing.
- Work Style: You work in a structured and solution-oriented manner to effectively tackle challenges.
- Advanced English
- Open to work from home office and travel to clients in Poland and abroad
