Responsibilities
- Actively promote and sell company`s products & solutions within the assigned territory
- Execute the sales strategy by identifying and developing new business opportunities
- Develop new business opportunities through new and existing sales channels
- Develop commercial product/value demonstrations
- Manage the sales process, negotiate and close business transactions
- Telephone calls and in-person visits and presentations to existing and prospective customers
- Coordinate sales effort with marketing, sales management, accounting, logistics and technical service groups.
- Analyze the territory/market’s potential and determines the value of existing and prospective customers value to the organization.
Requirements
- Proven track record of developing sales channels and deal closing
- B.Sc in Engineering or equivalent in Management, Finance or Marketing
- 5 years experience in the Security industry, more specifically in electronic security systems, building automation, access control, CCTV and intrusion
- Experience in intrusion systems is must
- Strong relationship management skills
- Ability to work independently, disciplined and efficient under remote management
- Ability and willingness to work hands-on and build and manage the team as the business grows
- Very good communication skills: oral, written and during presentations
- English and Polish at advanced level
- Driving license
