Due to continued market development we are now looking for an experienced entrepreneur with strong business approach and experience in managing marketing activities within an international, technology environment for the challenging role of:
Marketing Manager – IT Software Security Solutions
Moscow
Responsibilities:
- Development and implementation of marketing strategy for the local markets in Russia, the Ukraine and Belarus
- Creation and management of marketing budget
- Management of all marketing events and creating programs for partners and distributors support
- Co-ordination of co-marketing activities with partners - exhibitions, seminars, conferences, etc.
- Prioritize the marketing budget to support the projects with maximum contribution
- Cooperation with external Public Relations and marketing agencies to plan and optimize advertising, PR and any other campaigns
- Design of marketing programs to deliver required business results
- Providing extensive in-house support of new product launches and marketing campaigns for the local sales team
- Organization of exhibitions, conferences and trade events
- Reports to the local Country Manager and close cooperation with Marketing Manager in Continental Europe
- On a daily basis works with the local management team (account managers, territory managers, channel manager, distribution manager and technical sales engineers)
- Availability to travel within the region (approx. 20-30%)
Requirements:
* Higher level Education in a Marketing or business related discipline
* Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role in an independent marketing management role (there is no local, internal marketing team)
* Practical experience in an IT business environment such as software, IT security solutions, anti-virus, virtualization, cloud computing, data center environment, systems integration or similar
* Proven successful experience of independently managing marketing budgets and strategies
* Stable background with proven career success
* Proven success with a hands-on approach to achieving set business targets
* Effective planning and good time management
* Strong team player as well as ability to work independently
* Excellent communication skills
* Native Russian language as well as very Good written and spoken English is a must
* Reporting within an international structure
