Deputy Communication & Interior Design Manager
Workplace: Łódź
Responsibilities:
- Designing and planning the store and showroom layouts in each category section
- Creating a unique visual plan and style to ensure constant development possibilities and to increase consumer awareness
- Ensuring that the interior design layout contributes to planning and implementing commercial strategy for the store
- Challenging and leading the team to achieve goals and long term profitability
- Setting action plans and targets
- Management and implementation of budget
- Reporting to Communication and Interior Design Manager
Requirements:
- Higher Education in a design based specialization - Interior Design, Architecture
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar, design oriented role in the home furnishings industry
- You should have a passion for and understanding of home furnishings industry
- Team leader skills with the ability to motivate and engage people to reach for targets
- Ability to work independently and put your own ideas into practice
- Excellent communication skills
- Very good English is a must
