Our client is a leading international player in design, development and manufacture of scientific imaging and microscopy systems used in the global science industries. With the most up-to-date technology, they are producing state –of-the-art 3D and 4D imaging solutions.
Due to continued growth in the region we are now looking for an ambitious professional who will join the international team with focus on supporting the sales force in the EMEA region
Sales Executive
Krakow
(temporary contract minimum 9 months)
Responsibilities:
- Prospect for new clients/ lead generation in EMEA region through web search, email, telephone, etc.
- Direct communication with potential customers via e-mail and telephone to promote product range
- Execute marketing plan/marketing campaigns (e.g. targeted e-shot, mail shot)
- Follow up and qualify contacts from web registrations, promotions, events and other marketing and sales activities
- Prepare and present results from campaigns
- Organize visits for customers with Regional Sales Engineers when required
- Record all sales activities in the CRM system
- Market research feedback
- Any other duties as may be reasonably requested from time to time by the Line Manager
- Report to Line Manager in Central European head office
Requirements:
- Master’s Degree in Biology/Science is a must, Ph.D. level also welcome
- 1-2 years experience as a sales coordinator/inside sales coordinator/sales support or any other sales related position that supports overall sales goals.
- A good understanding of microscopy imaging techniques is required,
- A proven track record in pre-sales /sales related activities or in market research
- Understanding of image analysis tools especially 3D microscopy
- Fluent English is a must
- Experience of maintaining a data base system
- Strong communication and organization skills
- Ability to work independently across functional region
