Due to continued growth in the region we are now looking for a professional to develop the sales within the EE region

 

Regional Sales Manager EE
The Baltic States, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Bulgaria and Hungary
Home Office

 

Responsibilities:

- Develop the sales of high performing chemicals (additives, driers, biocides etc) through direct sales to end customers as well as managing and developing the existing distribution channel partners
- Evaluate and analyze the overall market potential within the assigned region
- Negotiating and managing sales agreements
- Develop strategic business plans that will determine customer needs as well as product and volume potential
- Price scheduling and preparation of promotional strategies
- Analysis of competitive environment within the market segments
- Ensure that strategic business plans align with the short and long-term company objectives
- Taking part in trade fairs and business sector conferences in the region
- Keeping close contact with the purchasing and logistics team at the head office
- Reporting to the Regional Commercial Director based in European head-office

Requirements:

- Higher education in Chemistry or other relevant, business related subject
- Minimum 3-5 years experience in sales of chemical products to industry segments such as paints, coatings, metal, plastics, cosmetics, etc.
- Strong technical understanding of chemical products-  Very good understanding of customer market dynamics and requirements
- Ability to work in an international, independent environment
- You need to have a strong, hands-on sales approach
- Good planning and prioritizing skills
- Dynamic, hands-on business acumen and goal oriented approach
- Ability to work independently with good team spirit
- Fluent spoken and written English is a must, other EE language would be desirable
- Willingness to travel extensively in the region
- Excellent MS Office skills
