Major Account Manager Poland – IT Security Solutions
Warsaw



Responsibilities:

- Building and maintaining effective working relationships with customers, both internal and external
- Working closely with the other sales team members to develop and enhance business
- Open new accounts effectively to maximize business opportunities
- Driving new business focused on large enterprises sector (private, public, finance, industry sectors)
- Developing new business with strategic products
- Strategic account management and building on current customer development
- Provision of timely and accurate reports on a regular and ad hoc basis as directed by the Sales Director
- Close liaison with marketing, finance and other internal departments to maintain maximum growth against targets
- Work closely with internal and external sales teams to identify, develop and close business requirements
- Visiting existing customers on a regular basis and new customer portfolio development
- Reporting to the Regional Sales Director


Requirements:

- Higher level Education in a business or related discipline (IT, Telecom, Business etc.)
- 3-5 years experience in a similar role in enterprise customer management
- Practical experience in an IT business environment: IT security solutions, cloud technology, anti-virus, virtualization, data center environment is required
- Dynamic, hands-on approach with hunger for challenges
- Proven successful experience of managing major accounts in Poland
- Sound knowledge and understanding of Strategic Products and large enterprise
- Proven sales success with a hands-on approach to business development
- Experience of selling IT solutions to end user enterprise accounts, cooperation with senior decision makers at customer side
- Proven track record in customer acquisition and retention and ability to penetrate and close major accounts
- Experience of developing business plans with sales and marketing initiatives
- Strong technical skills
- Effective planning and good time management
- Strong team player as well as ability to work independently and meet sales targets
- Excellent communication skills
- Very Good written and spoken English is required
- Reporting within an international structure
- Flexible to travel frequently in Poland and work under strict deadlines
