Channel Account Manager Poland – IT Security Solutions
Warsaw
Responsibilities:
* Managing the channel partners in Poland resulting in continued business growth
* Developing a realistic and results-focused business plan and sales strategy with the partners
* Responsibility for developing the channel business by building strong relationships, creating opportunities for partners and analyzing their business needs
* Understanding the partners’ business goals and product requirements
* Building, maintaining and strengthening relationships at all levels
* Close cooperation with the internal marketing team and ensuring successful roll out of activities
* Organizing formal and informal training sessions to ensure each partner has up-to-date product knowledge and meets required certifications levels
* Work closely with the Partner sales teams to maximize opportunities to grow sales and develop new opportunities for enhanced cooperation
Requirements:
* Higher level Education in a business or related discipline
* Minimum 5 years experience in a similar role in partner management role
* Practical experience in an IT business environment: IT security solutions, anti-virus, virtualization, cloud computing, data center environment is required
* Proven successful experience of managing partners in Poland
* Proven sales success with a hands-on approach to business development
* Experience of selling to end users via channel partners
* Experience of developing business plans with sales and marketing initiatives
* Strong technical skills
* Effective planning and good time management
* Strong team player as well as ability to work independently
* Excellent communication skills
* Very Good written and spoken English
* Reporting within an international structure
