Due to continued growth we are now looking for an experienced professional who will support the regional commercial team with technical support, training and advice for customers and end users as well as defining new product requirements.
Sales Support Engineer/Inżynier Sprzedaży

Responsibilities
- Visiting clients, end users and consultants as well as independent bodies such as local fire authorities and insurance companies
- Networking in the engineering/building community and supporting local industry related organizations
- Keep updated on new and upcoming projects and opportunities
- Supporting customers with complex projects to identify systems and products requirements
- Provide technical support to customers and colleagues with accurate technical information and advice
- Providing support on order negotiations
- Organize and provide trainings and seminars
- Create tender quotations including specifications on pricing
- Organize promotion activities for new products
- Define and realize local standard solutions (e.g. local regulations, authorities)
- Identify in each country local approval organizations, procedures and opportunities
- Address new customers outside our existing customer base
- Work closely with the technical support teams in Europe and the USA
- Participate in relevant committees and trade associations meetings
- Close cooperation with the Technical Engineering Team at the HQ – English language
- Direct reporting to the Area Sales Manager – English language
Requirements
- Engineering of related technical higher Education is required ( hydraulic, water , mechanical engineering) is required
- Minimum 5 years experience in an independent technical sales role, preferably in the fire protection business or related industry
- Practical experience in working with contractors and local authorities
- Excellent communication skills with strong and professional business acumen
- Strong organization skills with ability to prioritize and meet targets
- Ambitious approach and ability to work independently with no local team or local manager
- Available to travel extensively in Poland and Central Europe is a must
- Work from “home office" environment
- Very good English is a must, used in everyday work
