Our client is a European provider of high-end air treatment solutions: heating, air conditioning, dehumidification, air quality. Due to further growth of the Company in Poland, we are now looking for a Professional for the new role of:

Sales Manager

Place of work: home-office
Area of Responsibility: Poland

Core of the Role:

* The main scope of the role will be further development of business
* Sales Manager will handle the customer responsibility for all existing accounts
* An independent role - no team management
* Role has strong sales, marketing and customer focus


The Company has direct operation, reference customers and solid, growing existing business in the country.

Responsibilities:

* Actively developing and stabilizing a client base consisting primarily of designers and installers in HVAC
* Maintain relationships and be overall point of contact to all customers
* Cooperating with designers, general contractors, architects
* Perform market research and business development in the market
* Develop and execute account targets and actions
* Secure a long term project pipeline
* Market research, proposal and implementation of sales strategies
* Understand the customers’ needs for HVAC, building automation and technical challenges
* Perform key account management & visit reports on a frequent basis
* Participation in regular sales meetings, conferences and exhibitions
* Secure compliance with internal processes and guidelines
* Dealing with after-sales (commissioning, service issues) and related engineering challenges

Requirements:

* Technical education in the field of Building Automation / HVAC, electrical systems and/or controls - an advantage, not a must
* 3+ years of experience in technical sales (e.g. HVAC and if possible industrial Heatpump)
- is a must
* Good understanding of the local markets and personal networks to design offices, general contractors, architects in the region
* Knowledge of sales specifics to companies from the HVAC industry
* Action-oriented and innovative
* Project management experience and a solid technical understanding

Communicative English  - will be an asset
* “Hands on” approach that can quickly develop constructive and positive working relations with peers, customers and management
* Time and place flexibility needed for frequent travelling to head office as well as in-country
