The company is currently developing an online retail ETF investment platform to be introduced on the Poland market. To support this exciting business plan we are now looking for an experienced professional for the independent role of:

 

Business Development Manager Poland – ETF Investment Platform

Warsaw or Home Office

 

Responsibilities:

- Building and leading online retail ETF investment project in Poland supported by the company Board and Headquarters
- Co-creating and implementing strategy for the project direction and success
- Participating with the Board of the company in developing a vision and strategic plan
- Business development, building product awareness on the local market,
- Be an Ambassador of the brand in Poland – publicly visible and media savvy
- Content co-creation – using investment expertise, such as:
o  Interviews
o  Webinars
o  Articles, blogs, referrals
o  Q&A videos, livestreams
o  Presenting company news
o  Actual market situation updates
- SLA support – using expertise to answer questions of current/potential clients
- Maintaining knowledge of industry related topics and maintain proficiencies in delivering value-added presentations to advisors and other audiences (actively contributing through blogs, webinars and podcasts, communicate the investment portfolio updates and the financial markets situation)
- Educating, training and interacting with partners to enhance awareness of the ETF online offerings
- Ensuring that the Polish company meets the expectations of its clients and Board
- Cooperating with the existing international sales force
- Independent role, reporting directly to Board members

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree required in Business/Finance related fields
- Min 3-5 years’ commercial, business development experience in Financial Investment Products area, with a high level of knowledge of capital markets, investing and asset allocation issues
- 5+ years of experience in a consulting/sales role within the investment products industry, general knowledge of ETFs
- 5+ years related experience within either a sales, product, or investment role would be a benefit
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Open to work in an independent role, no direct team management
- Self-driven with ability to build and manage key internal and external relationships
- Experience in developing and implementing sales and marketing business plans
- Strong investment acumen and background
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Fluent English is a must
