Our client is the leading pump and pumping system rental provider. Due to continued development on the local market, we are now looking for a professional for the new and challenging role of:
Sales Engineer (Power Supply / Generators)
Place of work: Preferably Central Poland location, but not binding as the role itself is travel demanding and mobile
Area of Responsibility: Poland
Main role: responsible for developing the temporary energy supply business. The direct manager is the SALES DIRECTOR of Poland with technical and operational support from Group Level managers.
Responsibilities:
* Build & Execute Sales energy supply division
* Establishing service portfolio, create the story
* Filter the market, separate target group
* Establishing market entry strategy, analyzing results, action planning: short term (daily-weekly) and long term (monthly-yearly) eliminating cause of inconsistencies
* Monitoring potential business leads all over Poland, being up to date in the industry
* Preparing and reporting data in PipeDrive (CRM system), generating reports, statistics
* Actively seeking for new business opportunities where generators and energy supply could be needed
* Leading trade negotiations with customers and supervision if the agreements are properly executed at later stages
* Project Management from operational and technical perspective including: cooperation with Company’s Partners, cooperation with subcontractors, organizing internal processes, transportation issues, problem solving issues.
* Sourcing new key clients as well as exploiting new sales channels on top of careful sustaining existing sales networks
* Representing the Company on relevant fairs, conferences, exhibitions
* Being functionally subordinated to Group Sales Director
Requirements:
* Higher Education
* Minimum 3 years of adequate experience in working in B2B sales.
* Electrical engineering skills/education or rental business experience in temporary power supply will be treated as bonus.
* Knowledge of English, which enables cooperation within the corporation and contacts with potential coworkers/providers/customers
* Born-leader attitude and personality with a high level of interpersonal skills: convincing communication, trade negotiations, sales know-how
* Professional approach and self-discipline in organizing their own work-flow as well as in setting-up and executing objectives (quantitative & qualitative) for team members
* Ability to make price calculations, proposals, and presentations
* Experience in conducting the customer acquisition process from A to Z
* Ability to establish and build long-term relationships with customers
* Solid problem solving and decision-making skills
* “Hands on” approach that can quickly develops constructive and positive working relations with peers
* Ability to achieve high-level results within a challenging customer environment
* Strong planning, analyzing, organization and communication skills
* The gift of persuasion, target orientation
* Resistance to stress
* Valid driving license B-category and readiness to frequently travel on business
