The company is currently developing an online retail ETF investment platform to be introduced on the Poland market. To support this exciting business plan we are now looking for an experienced professional for the role of:
Senior On-Line Marketing Campaign Leader Poland
Warsaw or Home Office
Responsibilities:
- Creation of the long-term content strategy - online (FB, Google, SEO, PPC, SEO,..) + offline
- Building new brand on the Polish market and establishing activation campaigns
- Create and maintain an online e-business plan according to brand strategy and business priorities (including promotion activations)
- Proactively building online partnerships for business development
- Responsible for site governance and maintenance with support of IT and web mastering team
- Ensure that all e-commerce activity is consistent with the brand sense of purpose
- Supervising content creation (online + offline), daily controlling, testing, reporting
- Web – updates, UX/UI, content management
- Budget estimation and management
- Responsible for KPIs – number of customers, number of PLN invested in a certain period, analysis of customer activities etc.
- Ensure User Experience of the website
- Analyze website performance, traffic sources and conversion to identify the main product gaps and growth opportunities
- Educating, training and interacting with partners to enhance awareness of the ETF online offerings
- Cooperating with the existing international marketing team
- Reporting directly to Board members
Requirements:
- Higher education, degree in business, marketing field or related business area
- 3-5 years’ experience in establishing, creating and leading online content strategy, preferably in financial products market
- Experience in E-Commerce within fast-paced environment. Passion for understanding the needs of consumer; ability to interpret them and propose creative, innovative solutions
- Ability to use analytical and measurement e-com / digital tools
- Strong planning, project management skills and commercial way of thinking
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Self-driven with ability to build and manage key internal and external relationships
- Experience in developing and implementing sales and marketing business plans
- Strong investment acumen and background
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Ability to recruit, build and lead own marketing team
