Clinical Implementation Specialist – Digital Dental Solutions
Area of Responsibility: North Poland Region

Key responsibilities:
- Lead initial product implementation, ensuring dentists and staff fully understand of the utilization of the entire workflow/product (CAD/CAM, Workflow software)
- Deliver training and provide support to existing and new dental customers of dental aligners and software. The training will be done either remotely, at the dentists’ and orthodontists’ practices directly or at other suitable external premises
- Ensure repeat case orders/up sales in order to drive ongoing customer growth
- Work closely with the existing sales team, developing existing customers relationships and promote the complete digital solution. Provide first level support to customers who will start with or already use the products and software. Support distributors with digital impression product demonstrations to doctors and staff members to facilitate the closing of business and the enablement of the dealer representative
- Develop and retain new accounts in order to develop aligners and overall digital solution sales
- Achieve individual quarterly and yearly product sales budget and develop total business objectives
- Work in close relationship with existing sales force in the same region (North Poland) to leverage existing customers’ relationship and create synergies by promoting the total digital solution
- Keep up to date through continuous proactive self-education on products, systems and education in order to develop customers through tailored training and support
- Ongoing strategic market analysis to ensure responsiveness to changes, market trends and competitor activities
- Understand the customers’ needs and expectations and educate them on current and new market trends to develop their business
- Assist the dentist through innovative educational events, such as practice open days and learning forums etc. to drive new case growth and develop their practice growth
- Develop and foster strong business relationships with the doctors and work in close partnership with the sales team
- Measure and monitor the success of training and support activities and adapt approach accordingly
- Develop, manage and implement the annual budget to ensure quarterly and yearly achievement of agreed product sales budget and broader total business objectives
- Attend regional and national tradeshows as required by management
Requirements:
- Educated to degree level or equivalent combination of education and professional experience
- Experience in the medical/technology industry or dental practices/laboratories or similarly technical environment; experience in the orthodontic field would be an advantage
- Experience of working in a digital, software-driven environment
- Excellent business acumen, good understanding of the commercial nature of dental practices
- Consultative approach ideally combined with training experience in similar technical environment
- Flexibility to accommodate customers different needs in a timely manner in combination with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to interpret complex business information and analytics
- Excellent presentation skills through digital channels as well as face to face meetings
- Willingness to travel (driving license)
- Good English language skills
