IT Specialist
Warsaw
Responsibilities:
- Working in close cooperation with the Group IT Director you will ensure IT support from the business perspective, supporting both local internal users and group members
- ERP system implementation and administration
- Management of local ERP system, reporting systems, CRM, EDI , XML, etc.
- Creation of project planning schedule according to business needs
- Supporting management team with IT requirements both from production as well as commercial side (reporting systems for sales and marketing, transport, client support, suppliers etc.)
- Leading IT projects on an on-going basis and supporting user needs
- Reacting to problems and solving issues as they arise
- Reporting to the local Poland Managing Director and the international IT Group Director
Requirements:
- Higher education in Information Technology
- Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role with proven experience in ERP implementation (SAP/IFS/Oracle)
- Project management experience is a must
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong team player as well as ability to work independently
- Fluent English is required, German would be an additional advantage
- Excellent IT skills (ERP, CRM, EDI, XLM, MS Office etc)
