Training Specialist - IT Banking Software
Warsaw
Responsibilities:
- Delivery of first class technical and banking business oriented training courses on the core banking system as well as other related courses and trainings as required
- You will guide and support the course participants through the course
- Responsible for developing and implementing training concepts/modules and delivering on-site training for end users.
Requirements:
- Higher education in Economics or Information Technology
- Min 2 years experience in a training role within a banking/financial software environment
- Excellent communication skills is a must
- Fluent English required
- Good practical knowledge of technical IT sector
- Strong business acumen with good customer facing skills
- Some practical knowledge of programming and databases would be an advantage
- Willingness to travel within Europe when required
