Reporting to the Regional Vice President, the Consulting Director will be responsible for the delivery of major client projects regionally.

Responsibilities:
- Delivering the planned, high profile Product program according to budget and time requirements
- Planning, designing and proactively monitoring the program’s overall progress and resolving problems as appropriate
- Identify and prioritise best practice initiatives for program delivery
- You will have complete responsibility for client cooperation, project scheduling, quality standards, allocation of resources, risk management, meeting requirements and change management
- Reporting ongoing progress of the program to the regional Vice President and to the client
- Managing all client relationships both external and internal
- Providing overall leadership to the project team
- Provides input on team performance and subsequent rewards
- Supporting the regional business development team with regard to new business opportunities
Requirements:
- Higher Education – Information Technology/Business/Project Management
- Minimum 10 years project/program management experience in managing large implementation/software development projects in a professional services or consulting environment a must
- Experience in managing program budgets and delivering services revenue and margin
- Experience in a Consultant role as subject matter expert (SME) in project or program management
- Excellent understanding of client's needs and client facing software delivery life cycle management at top level
- Experience in working with systems integrators and multiple vendors essential
- Experience in identifying and implementing process improvements in program delivery methodology
- Strong business acumen as well as excellent communications skills
- You are an experienced manager with excellent team leader attributes
- Project Management accreditation and skills required
- Telecommunication experience an advantage
- Openness to frequent travel
- Fluent English both written and spoken is required
