Due to continued development they are now looking for an experienced test leader who will be responsible for leading and managing the Testing process from project initiation, negotiation of contract conditions through to hand-over stage.
Test Manager – IT/Telecom

Responsibilities:
* Preparation and implementation of testing processes of large IT projects/systems
* Keeping close relations with the Client throughout the whole testing process realization
* Management of a team of test engineers
* Training and supporting new team members
* Close cooperation with external supplier partners and the internal project team
* Ensuring schedule deadlines and plans are reached
* Dealing with problems and technical issues as they arise
* Working out contract conditions regarding the test process and offering technical support during the sales process
* Reporting to the Division Director
Requirements:
* Higher Education in Information Technology
* Overall minimum 5 years software testing experience with minimum 2 years experience in a test leader/manager role is required
* Practical experience in testing and software development area
* Experience with telecom operator desired
* Team management experience is a must
* Certification ISTQB/ISEM would be a distinct advantage
* Good English is required, both spoken and written
