As a member if the management committee you will support the business and improve and implement new HR processes to meet business requirements and plans.
HR Manager
West of Poland - woj. lubuskie
Responsibilities:
- Realisation of the group HR strategy and policy
- Providing advice for management on HR issues, supporting and achieving business results and working closely with the local and group management team
- Planning and implementing training and development programs
- Development of remuneration and motivation systems
- Managing the employee performance management process
- Managing HR, compensation & benefits budget
- Management of personnel affairs and payroll administration
- Responsibility of all legal HR aspects
- Coordination of HR Department team
- Point of contact with trade unions
- Reporting to Plant Director
Requirements:
- Minimum 6 years experience, with at least 2-3 years in a HR management role
- Experience in manufacturing industry a must, preferably industry (several hundred headcount)
- Business oriented with ability to make independent decisions
- Strong character with decision making abilities
- Hands-on approach
- Experience in working in an international environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Fluent English is required
- Open to relocate to west of Poland is a must - woj lubuskie
