We are now looking for an experienced professional to join the team as
Global Recruitment Specialist - Warsaw
Responsibilities:
- Interview the candidate and perform detailed references checking
- Writing and posting job ads on the relevant job boards, newspapers, universities etc. and selection of qualified candidates for Poland and/or internationally
- Organization of the full interview process, quick call and face to face with HR and managers
- Manage and coordinate all communication with candidates (interviews, expectations, on boarding, contract )
- Organize post interviews debrief, prepare offer, participate to job fairs in Poland and/or internationally
- Perform general HR administration tasks, organize and manage the personnel files (onboarding, annual leave...) and manage the payroll in coordination with external company (benefits, end of year process, bonus…)
- HR and Recruitment budget, HR reports. Assist in creating policies (personnel regulation, expenses, global mobility...) as well as work permit applications.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferably in Human Resources or equivalent
- Minimum 4-5 years experience of full lifecycle recruiting
- One year experience in Human Resources administration is a must as well as knowledge of Polish Labor Code, aslo from legal perspective
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with fluent English, written and spoken required
- Mobile and ready to travel and ability to work independently
- Flexible, professional and mature attitude
