Due to continued development on the local market, we are now looking for a professional for the new role of:
HR Generalist CEE, Israel & Baltics
Region of Activity: Poland
Place of work: Warsaw
Responsibilities:
* Manage employee personal data, validating any personal data changes with appropriate sign off procedure and validating any documentation required
* Create job contracts, offer letters and other documentation required for hire
* Ensure the relevant HRIS (HR Database) is up to date, accurate and complies with legislation
* Schedule job interviews with candidates, manage all calendars updated and coordinate all interview logistics: inclusive of liaising with recruitment agencies, organizing interviews, issue relevant correspondence to candidates, ensuring appropriate internal approvals are gained and ensure all vacancies are advertised internally and externally
* Provide advisory to managers in compensation, legal queries and other HR processes area.
* Being the escalation point for all HR admin and payroll related queries
* Manage the on-boarding administration, inclusive of ensuring references are requested and received in accordance with HR guidelines, manage the probation period process, ensure all employees are eligible to work in country, undertake proof of identity checks and ensure new employees and line managers receive guidance and support
* Record training activities and support the co-ordination of training programmes
* Draft and circulate internal e-updates welcoming new colleagues and advertising vacancies
* Support the development of headcount reports for the Regional Finance team
* Produce regular reports on recruitment, new hires and staff leavers
* Provide administrative cover for the region as and when required
* Provide cover for reception as and when required
* Provide general administrative support to the HR team, including the management of the annual leave recording process, staff absence recording
* Support ad hoc HR projects
* Report to Regional HR Leader
Requirements:
* Minimum 2-3 years’ of proven professional experience in a similar administrative support role in an international organization
* Higher education in Psychology, Human Resources Management, Business Administration or other related discipline
* Excellent knowledge of the local Polish labor code
* Strong Microsoft Office skills required
* Experience of a HR Information System is essential, including developing key information and intelligence as required of the business
* Good English is a must
* Track record in a HR function focused on business objectives, career development, training
* Must have a passion for HR and be dedicated to carving out a successful career in this field
* Focused on objectives by proper planning and organization
* Able to build and maintain excellent working relationships with all colleagues
* Able to multi-task a number of activities and work within minimum supervision
* Team orientated and results focused
* Initiative and enthusiasm with a “can-do” attitude
