Our client is an international provider of total solutions for iron casting. The Company helps customers producing vehicles components, fluid power systems and renewable energy with smart solutions. Due to continued development on the local market, we are now looking for a professional for the new role of:
HR Specialist
Region of Activity: Poland
Place of work: 15 km from the North Warsaw
Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that reflect best practice and meet local legal requirements
* Oversee proper HR administration (medical examinations, keeping relevant documentation, including working hours, holidays, trainings, Health & Safety, on boarding, exit interviews, terminations, etc.)
* Cooperation with external payroll partner
* Design and implement compensation & benefits strategy
* Search and Recruitment mainly blue collar employees, preparation and management of employment contracts
* Plan and coordinate training, employee development and career pathing
* Initiate new solutions aimed at acquiring valuable employees, search methods, social media
* Contribute to establishing and maintaining an attractive employer brand
* Ensure proper and clear internal communication
* Work with heads of departments - provide support and consultation in the field of HRM
* Examines the personnel parameters, indicates irregularities and cooperates in their removal (fluctuation, absenteeism, accidents)
* Monitor the labor market in terms of wages and other aspects of human resources policy
Requirements:
* Higher education in Psychology, Human Resources Management or other related discipline
* Knowledge of the local Polish labor code
* Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in a similar role
* Experience in working within a production/distribution/logistics environment
* Track record in a HR function focused on business objectives, career development, training
* Strong leader and good listener to support teams and solve problems
* Focused on objectives by proper planning and organization
* Skills and personality to ensure smooth communication within teams
* Open personality and outstanding interpersonal skills with the ability to deal well with people at all levels
* Initiative and enthusiasm with a “can-do” attitude and “ out of the box” thinking
* Hands-on approach, close cooperation with engineers and production teams
* Good English is a must
* Self-motivated and very well organized
