Due to continued, dynamic growth we are now looking for a professional who will manage the administration and finance issues within the organization and support the management team.
Finance & Administration Manager - woj. łodzkie
Role and Responsibilities:
- Oversee the finance and administration matters within the company
- Ensure proper preparation of all required financial reports meeting all legal, local and Group company reporting requirements (monthly and quarterly reporting)
- Preparation of tax declarations VAT, CIT, proper and timely tax recognition and reporting to national statistics bureau
- Responsible for P&L, Balance sheet and cash flow statement
- Coordinate company financial planning, budget and asset management
- Co-operation with external financial institutions (banks, tax officials, social welfare office, etc.)
- Responsible for proper preparation and filing of personnel data such as employment contracts and payroll for employees
- Oversee additional administration needs within the company (cooperation with external 3rd party partners (public authorities, suppliers, financial institutions, labor offices, etc)
Requirements:
- Higher Education in Finance/Accounting or related discipline
- 3-5 years experience in a finance administration role within a small, international environment preferred (up to 50-100 employees)
- Strong knowledge of Polish accounting standards and local labor code regulations
- Excellent understanding of Polish tax system
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Very good leadership skills and proven ability to motivate a small internal team
- Fluent English is required
