Controlling Coordinator
(finance / banking / accounting)
Responsibilities:
* Ensure the organization with the financial resources necessary for the proper development of their activities, optimizing its use in terms of liquidity, loans and financing
* Weekly estimations and optimizing cash balances
* Coordination and monitoring of financial projections, bank accounts
* Analysis of the market variables and negotiations in order to obtain better rates of PPB, factoring, loans, etc
* Measurement of indicators of financial income and expenses for bank transactions
* Write and issue reports on the results and deviations detected for proposing measures for improvement and optimization
* Monitor compliance according to the tax rules and procedures and attend the corresponding NOC
* Identify, evaluate and agree on needs and financial resources necessary for the development of the organization
* Lead and promote actions for continuous improvement and efficiency of internal processes
Requirements:
* Min. 2 years of experience in a similar position (Treasury Department)
* Business Administration or Economical/Financial university degree
* Ability to analyze and solve banking and accounting issues
* Fluent English is a must
* Strong organizational skills and ability to work under pressure
* Effective communication and interpersonal skills
* Very good command of Microsoft Office
* Desirable good command of SAP
* Open for relocation to southern Poland
