Finance Controller – Interim period (short term)

Responsibilities:
- Working in close cooperation with the local General Manager you will ensure accurate finance and accounting control– cost calculations, financial analysis and planning
- Creation of finance plans and forecasting
- Monitor all processes and optimization proposals
- Working within capital management and control standards
- Development and support of cost accounting in accordance with company rules
- Ensure on-time and accurate delivery of Financial reports (monthly, budget, estimates, long –term planning)
- Working on ERP system
- Co-operation with external auditors
- Supporting the Management board and team with on-going internal issues
- Active membership of the Management committee
- Management of a small finance team
- Reporting to local General Manager and Group Finance Controller at central international office
Requirements:
- Higher level education in Finance/Economics or Business Administration
- Minimum 5 years experience in a Finance Controller role within industry sector, preferably manufacturing
- Experience in an international working environment with hands-on experience in international reporting standards (IFRS) and local GAAP standards
- Experience in tax control would be a big advantage
- Excellent practical experience in working with ERP systems (production control and finance reporting)
- Ability to act on own initiative and challenge financial and management reports
- Very good knowledge of English language is a must
- Strong management skills and ability to communicate across functions within the Group
- Excellent planning and organization skills always focusing on the business needs
- Strong analytical skills
