Our client is an international financial company offering credit solutions to consumers and medium sized business. Due to continued market growth in Poland we are now looking for an experienced professional for the role of:
Collection Analyst
Place of work: Warsaw
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyzing performance of existing Collection and Recovery strategies,
- Collecting data in order to provide analytical viewpoints and initiate collection process improvements,
- Proposing improvements and executing agreed initiatives and monitoring and reporting the results,
- Developing performance tracking reports of the effectiveness of Collection and Recovery communication strategies throughout delinquency cycles,
- Communicating with various departments (operations, IT, finance, reporting etc.) and other stakeholders to build the understanding of existing processes, on-going changes and plans
- Reporting to Group Head of Collections
Requirements:
- Proven ability to manage and analyze large sets of data, providing insight,
- Proficient with Microsoft Software Tools, Structured Query Language (SQL),
- Strong logical and strategic thinking, attention to detail, problem solving orientation,
- Proven ability to translate analytics insight into business requirements,
- Good communication skills (Polish and English) – both written and verbal
