Our client is an international production company , the global leader in design of advanced transport technology solutions for the OEM car manufacturing industry. The solutions are used in production and painting lines in vehicle manufacture. Due to continued growth we are now looking for a highly experienced tax expert to join the team in Radom:
Tax Specialist
Place of work: Radom
Responsibilities:
* Preparation of tax analysis and solutions for the Group regarding cooperation with foreign branches
* Close cooperation with legal offices, Group HQ and international global branches (China, Mexico, USA, Czech etc.)
* Preparation of reports and articles relating to tax law
* Identification of potential tax risk
* Analysis of „permanent establishment” projects and delegation of foreign subordinates with the HQ
* Taking part in tax control, formulating tax recommendations
* Constant monitoring of changes in the tax law and implementing changes accordingly
Requirements:
* Higher Education (economics/law)
* Very good knowledge of English language
* Tax license would be an advantage
* Minimum 6 years’ professional experience in tax office or as tax specialist in general business
* Experience in CIT, VAT advising
* Experience in international tax advising, foreign trade transactions, and price transfer
* Practical knowledge gained in tax calculations and analysis
* Ability to work with foreign counterparts
* Strong analytical skills, attention to details and ability to work under pressure
* Ready to work in Radom
