After Sales Service Engineer
Poland
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the installation, commissioning and start up of recycling plant machinery on customer site
- Make sure that the customer is trained on technical aspects of machine operation
- Providing technical support when problems arise
- Service and maintenance of plant on site on periodical basis or during “breakdown"
- Research and address potential new customers who have “used" machines
- Participate in relevant trade associations meetings
- Close cooperation with the Technical Engineering Team at the HQ – English language
- Direct reporting to the Area Sales Director – English language
- Cooperation with local Poland Sales Managers
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years experience in an independent technical service role within industrial sector (recycling, production plant machinery, industrial technology, energy, water treatment or sewage plants etc.)
- Engineering or related technical higher education is required (electrical engineering preferred)
- Very good English is a must including technical language, used in everyday work
- Practical experience in working with customers on site
- Flexibility and ability to solve problems as they arise
- Excellent communication skills with strong and professional business acumen
- Strong organization skills with ability to prioritize and work under deadlines
- Availability to travel throughout Poland is required
- Ability to work from “home office" environment
- SEP Certification is required
