Risk Control Specialist
South of Poland
Responsibilities:
- Assessment of all external potential risks that could have impact on the company operations and development (financial/engineering/equipment/suppliers/partners)
- Development of procedures to eliminate real risks concerning projects and future investments
- Management of all insurance and risk control activities to ensure optimum improvement of internal processes
- Preparation of reports on results and deviations detected and plans to ensure improvement actions and recommendations
* Negotiation and supervision of insurance policies and other agreements with external partners
Requirements:
- Higher education with degree in Engineering discipline
- Minimum 3 years experience in an internal risk control environment, preferably in the energy and/or renewable energy sectors
- Excellent communication and organization skills
- Strong analytical skills required
- Ability to analyze real elements of risk and act accordingly to eliminate
- Very good legal knowledge related to insurance and risk management
- Ability to work independently
- Supporting the local management team as well as providing support for corporate team
- Openness to travel
- Willingness to relocate to the south of Poland is a must
