Our client is an international player responsible for the execution of turn key projects: solar thermal, bio-fuels, water and environmental works on a global scale. The company is currently preparing a project for construction of a Combined Cycle Power Plant in Poland. The project is based on an industrial gas turbo-set, heat recovery steam generator, steam turbo-set and all the infrastructure required for the plant operation.
Senior Civil Engineer
Gliwice/Stalowa Wola
Responsibilities:
* Ensure the appropriate design of projects assigned
* Direct the technical civil aspects of the commissioning of the projects according to master plans (structural, utilities, steel, piping, ground cabling etc)
* Ensure correct compliance with procedures and standards of Quality, Environmental Protection and Occupational Risks Prevention
* Know, select and negotiate with suppliers to purchase with prospects of benefits and profitability
Requirements:
* Higher education in Civil Engineering with specialization in Power Energy
* Unlimited professional Engineering License
* Minimum 10 years experience in a civil design engineering role in the power/energy industry is a must (oil/gas/bio-energy/steam)
* Fluent English is required.
* Excellent communication skills
* Strong technical acumen
* Knowledge of MS Office, Micro-station, AutoCAD desired
* Self-motivated, proactive and hard-working
* Openness to relocate to the south east of Poland/Stalowa Wola
