Our client, a recognized global leader in construction development services is now looking for a highly experienced professional to take on the challenging role of Senior Project Manager. You will take on full responsibility for the projects from negotiation phase through to the completion stage.

Senior Project Manager/Construction

Responsibilities:

• Project specification with client including contract negotiation, costs analysis, and price agreements.
• Set-up, management and coordination of project team including design and construction.
• Selection of external sub-contractors, architects, design office and suppliers. Negotiation of contract agreements and management of costs.
• Preparation of project budget, management of costs and time deadlines.
• Project administration.
• Overseeing all technical specifications in conjunction with the utilities manager, solving technical problems and following delivery plans.
• On completion of project, organization of the building acceptance procedures and closing all documentation.

 Requirements:

• University degree in Engineering/Construction.
• At least 6 years experience in project management plus minimum 5 years experience design and construction management.
• Extensive experience in industrial construction is required. (production/logistics/warehousing)
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Hands-on approach, strong technical background and experience in working within an international environment.
• Fluent English and Polish a must
