Our client is an international, leading supplier of compressor technique equipment and service. Compressor solutions offered by the company are a key part of most industries: electronics, food production, pharmaceutical, automotive, infrastructure and many more. Due to the further expansion of the business we are looking for a professional to take on the challenging role of :

National Sales Manager Aftermarket (compressors service)

Place of work: Warsaw (office) + business travels around Poland

Mission:

Develop sale of aftermarket products and solutions by translating the vision and the strategy as set forth by the Compressor Service Division i.e. increase sales and profitability enhance share of accounts and grow market share

Responsibilities:

• Build up and lead a successful team of sales managers and service sales engineers by, where needed, improving existing or implementing new efficient processes
• Coach sales team members and boost their proficiency, evaluate training needs and develop both technical and commercial competencies
• Provide project management oversight for implementation and ongoing development of IT service tools and solutions
• Ensure optimal and efficient territory coverage, along with the principle of a lean and efficient organizational structure
• Partner with business supporting departments/business lines on promotion of new aftermarket product and solutions
• Closely collaborate with aftermarket operations and technical support teams to improve the productivity and achieve high level of customer satisfaction
• Assess market conditions, identify and take advantage of current and future sales opportunities, develop, deploy then follow up execution of appropriate campaigns and action plans
• Support analysis of complex enquiries, assist and support team members in sales negotiation processes when required
• Monitor and analyze sales performance and product profitability by customers, product groups, and sales channels

Experience Requirements

• University degree in engineering will be a big plus but is not a must; completion of post-graduate program(s) related to management or business administration would be an advantage
• Minimum 6 years of professional experience within sales of industrial machinery/ equipment/ tools or related maintenance services sales environment; (acquaintance with compressors, blowers, pumps etc. are considered as advantage)
• Successful track record as a leader of sales people
• Strong interpersonal communication and sales management skills
• Ability to liaise and build lasting relationship with diverse internal and external stakeholders
• Understanding of specificity related to working with multinational environment and dotted line organizational set-ups and/or project teams
• Resilience and Growth Mindset approach
• Good English in both spoken and written,
• Good computer skills (MsOffice, CRM, ERP)
• Category B driving license (active driver)
