For our Client, international leader in the wooden floor industry, manufacturer of lacquers, adhesives and oils, due to continued growth we are now looking for an experienced professional ready for new challenges for the role of:

 

Regional Sales Representative – Wood Professionals Industry

Warsaw and Mazowieckie Region

 

Responsibilities:

* Developing business within the Professional Group client base: wooden floor installers, parquet layers, floor contractors, floor maintenance companies, renovation companies
* Responsible for building relationships with new customers, existing partners and local distribution base
* Offering full technical support on products to clients
* Negotiating pricing and contract agreements
* Providing presentations and product training seminars to clients
* Actively looking for new business potential on the local market by identifying key sales targets and penetrating potential accounts
* Take part in the creation and delivery of local promotional and marketing activities: industry trade fairs, conferences
* Report on market trends and analyse competitor activities
* Cooperation with the R&D, Product Management team at HQ regarding new product development/introduction
* Report to local General Manager Poland


Requirements:

- Higher education in wood technology or other related discipline
- Minimum 3 years’ sales experience in the wood industry sector (wood products, adhesives, coatings, polishes or related products)
- Experience in selling maintenance floor products, floor machines, floors, floor detergents etc. to the Professional Industry players
- Proven experience in a technical sales role
- Practical experience in carrying out trainings and technical presentations
- Strong communication and organization skills with entrepreneurial approach
- You are a “hunter” with strong business acumen and professional hands-on attitude
- Good English is required
- Strong team player, ability to work independently in the region
- Fully open to travel
