Due to continued growth we are now looking for a highly professional Country Sales Manager who will be responsible for builidng the business and local team in Poland.
You will be given full responsibility for P&L operations as well as developing sales, creating marketing plans and developing customers.

The main task is to develop sales and grow the local business in Poland. The Poland market is an integral part of the European sales organization getting full support from the Group regarding product development, marketing activities etc.
Responsibilities:
* Responsibility for P&L management and strategic development of the business in Poland.
* Implement both short-term and long-term market development strategies.
* Identify business expansion opportunities, analyze market potential and target new business of the highest value.
* Establish sales objectives and project expected sales volume and profit within the managed territory.
* Achieve company goals for revenue, margin, contribution and profit.
* Maintain sales volume and adjust selling activities in line with the market situation.
* Build effective networks across business areas.
* Build the business and market share by developing strong relationships with customers – integrators, construction companies and OEM sectors
Requirements:
* University degree in technology/business/management or similar area.
* Minimum 8 years experience in a senior independent, sales/business development role with experience in team management a plus
* Experience in the building automation industry with very good understanding of the local markets and personal networks within integrators and/or construction companies in the region.
* Good undestanding of building automation applications and technologies or some other related technologies.
* Proven sales and marketing experience both as a sales person and sales leader. Excellent sales management acumen with ability to define sales focus for the country, acquire new customers and build long lasting relationships.
* Strong management skills with ability to manage, motivate and develop a team of professionals in sales and service.
* Strong sense of customer service.
* Excellent communication and organizational skills.
* Fluent English is a must.
* Readiness to frequent travel within Poland; readiness to occasional travel outside Poland.
* Open and proactive mindset with results oriented working approach.
* Reports to Group VP Sales and Business Development.
