Due to continued market development we are now looking for an experienced entrepreneur with strong business approach and experience in managing sales activities within an international, technology environment for the challenging role of:
Business Development Manager Poland – ERP Solutions (SCM/WMS)
Warsaw
Responsibilities:
- Overall responsibility for developing profitable sales in Poland
- Actively involved in direct sales towards large enterprise & mid market accounts
- Develop a local sales strategy for the commercial team
- Develop and motivate the local team
- Supporting team in business negotiations, setting and reaching targets, client development etc.
- Developing & maintaining strong business relationships with customers and targeted accounts
- Create and introduce sales and marketing proposals for clients on technical products and services to meet their needs
- Driving the local marketing and sales campaigns
- Identify and follow up business opportunities within target customer group (SCE/WMS) software solutions
- Maintain strong networking activities to keep up to date with market trends and potential business opportunities in the industry
- Keep up to date on competitor activities and reporting market trends and industry activities
- Resolving problems on services and/or products and keeping clients informed
- Creating and providing product presentations and workshops to sales team and clients
- Plan monthly sales targets and forecasts and sets P&L for Poland
- Reports to the Regional Business Development Director
Requirements:
- Masters degree in business related discipline
- Proven successful sales and business development experience in Poland in ERP sales environment, preferably SCM and WMS solutions is a must
- Minimum 8 years experience in a technology sales/business development environment – ERP software products
- Deep knowledge of integrated SC and ERP software solutions is required
- Experience in developing sales in Poland with major key accounts
- Strong business acumen with real “hands-on” approach
- Flexibility to travel regularly
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Fluency in English is a must
- Entrepreneurial spirit with focus on business development
- Excellent negotiation skills
- You must have “can do” attitude and ability to open doors for potential new business
- You should be self motivated, focused and goal driven.
- Strong team player and leader with skills to motivate and encourage team commitment
