Our client is a well known, international leader in the production of office furniture, warehouse, industrial storage and organization solutions (such as metal racking systems,  shelving solutions,   storage cabinets, work stations, etc). The company has a modern, state-of-the-art production facility in Poland and others in the region.
Due to continued growth and new product introduction on the Poland market,  we are now looking for an independent professional to join the local and regional teams to build the sales network in the industrial sectors such as:  production facilities, warehouses, logistics operators, workshops, storage facilities)

Sales Manager – Warehouse/Industrial Solutions
Warsaw

Responsibilities:

* Sales development on the Poland market in the assigned sectors – 1/3 of Poland (central and north east Poland)
* Actively looking for new customers from the following sectors: industry (production facilities, warehouse, logistics, industrial facilities, etc)
* Building new business relations through providing professional technical advice and support to customers
* Preparation of offers, technical design and contract conditions
* Working closely with the customers on turn-key projects
* Analysis of the market in Poland, monitoring the activities of the competition
* Cooperation with the Sales, Marketing and Technical teams at the European head office
* Reporting to the local General Manager
* Independent role in the field, frequent traveling in the region

Requirements:

* Higher Education in business or technical related discipline
* Minimum 3 years experience in a technical sales environment (B2B) with experience in technical products is a must.
* Experience with products such as metal racking systems,  shelving solutions,  storage cabinets, work stations, warehouse pallet shelving, forklifts, etc. would be a distinct advantage
* Ability to manage the sales process from first contact to project closure
* Strong technical acumen is desired
* Very good English is a must
* Open for independent role with frequent traveling
* Results and target driven with good eye for detail
* Driving License
