Our client is an international leader in the development, production and marketing of quality colors and cosmetic ingredients for the personal care industry. Due to continued growth they are now looking for an experienced professional to join the international team as

Sales Manager -  Cosmetics
Warsaw or Home Office Poland


Responsibilities:

- Report to the regional sales manager responsible for the region
- Manage a portfolio of key accounts mainly composed of large groups of the world of cosmetics
- Identify new business opportunities and prospect new markets
- Understand perfectly the customer portfolio, know the different decision makers and build strong business relationships with them
- Work closely with internal teams (marketing, R & D, regulatory...)
- Find new customers, offering them our products
- Following-up offers
- Visit customers and participating in various trade exhibitions
- Make reports of visits and sales
- Responsible for the optimal availability of products and their volume and market share growth of products

Requirements:

- Masters degree in chemistry, biochemistry or cosmetics
- Minimum 5 years proven sales experience of B2B cosmetics products/raw materials with key accounts
- Excellent communication and presentation skills and pro-actively taking initiative
- Demonstrated advanced selling & negotiation skills
- Ability to identify customer business needs/opportunities and recommend solutions
- Team player with strong communication skills, results driven with an action and execution mentality, entrepreneurs, used to taking calculated risks.
- Flexible regarding business trips and travel.
- Business fluency in spoken and written English and Polish (French would be an advantage)
- Good IT Skills (MS Office - ERP)
