Due to continued market development we are now looking for an experienced entrepreneur with strong business approach and experience in managing marketing activities within an international, technology environment for the challenging role of:
Regional Sales Manager Poland & Eastern Europe
Warsaw
Responsibilities:
* Overall responsibility for developing profitable sales in Poland and Eastern Europe
* Actively involved in direct sales towards large enterprise & mid market accounts in the region
* Developing & maintaining relationships with the few key resellers, Systems Integrators and distribution partners in the region
* Develop customer orientated strategies to acquire new enterprise and mid market accounts in line with Continental Europe sales strategy
* Provision of timely and accurate reports on a regular and ad-hoc basis to the VP of Continental Europe
* Attendance and presentation at relevant sales exhibitions and events and working closely with partners (resellers, integration fulfillment, strategic partners)
* Manage a local team of sales and marketing staff
* Reporting to the VP for Continental Sales based in central Europe
Requirements:
* Proven successful sales and business development experience in Poland and Eastern Europe within IT sales environment.
* Minimum 8 years experience in a technology sales environment – IT security/software products
* Experience in developing IT sales in Poland and in the EE region with major key accounts
* Strong business acumen with real “hands-on" approach
* Flexibility to travel regularly within region
* Excellent presentation and communication skills
* Fluency in English is a must; an additional Eastern European language would be an added advantage
* Entrepreneurial spirit with focus on business development for the region
* You must have “can do" attitude and hands-on approach
* You should be self motivated, focused and goal driven.
* Strong team player with skills to motivate and encourage team commitment
