Due to continued growth within the region we are now looking for an experienced professional who will be responsible for developing the market share in Poland and increasing brand awareness and sales growth within the window and door manufacturing industries
Sales Manager Poland
Responsibilities:
- You are mainly responsible for achieving an assigned sales and profitability goal regarding window & door hardware products
- Develop sales strategy for the Polish market
- Building close relations with Distribution Partners
- Develop contacts with potential customers
- Revise marginality of products and profitability in regions
- Create sales strategies for newly introduced goods
- Search and find new products for product portfolio
- Optimization of Product Portfolio
- Price setting of products with Marketing Department
- Maintain and grow relationships with sales team
- Create necessary Work Flow Procedures within sales organization
- Making sure of sales of firm’s complete offering of products and services
- Proactively manages customers’ satisfaction and service delivery by anticipating potential service problems and monitoring satisfaction
- Close cooperation with the Marketing Department to increase company’s product penetration with existing customers
- Reporting to the General Manager at head office
Requirements:
- Higher Education Degree in Economics, International Trade or related discipline
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience in a business-to-business, large/strategic customer segment, preferably in window and door mechanical fittings sector
- Experience in working within an international environment, part of a multi-cultural team
- Strong business acumen with excellent negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently within a target’s driven environment
- Flexible with regard to traveling
- Very good experience in Microsoft Office
- CE Certification experience is an added advantage
- Very good English is a must, German would be a distinct plus
- Strong communication and organization skills
