Customer Support Specialist - Dutch Speaker
Gdańsk – north of Poland, by the sea
Responsibilities:
- Educate customers on the products by phone, chat and email
- Troubleshoot problems for Customers
- Coordinate solutions with IT and management
- Help customers build successful businesses
Requirements:
- Excellent language skills in Dutch, good in English and can thrive as part of a multinational team
- Open to new experience and ready to acquire new information at a fast pace
- Ready to work with customers and co-workers from all over the world
- Have superior verbal and written communications skills
- An outgoing “people person" with an upbeat attitude
