Our client is an international leader in the development and production of silicone products, used in many industry segments. Due to continued development we are now looking for an experienced sales professional looking for a challenging role as:

Regional Sales Manager CEE
Warsaw/Home office

Your main task is to  develop an understanding of external markets in CE Europe. You will manage new leads & opportunities contributing to sustainable competitive advantage and business growth.  You are the prime contact for all customer facing personnel in CE Europe for new ideas, unmet market needs and market dynamics. You will work closely with the regional segment marketing people to understand the global priorities and strategy,  informing of regional market requirements.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement action plans according to marketing strategy, to achieve sales and profitability objectives in the territory (Poland, Slovakia, Czech Republic, Hungary, Baltic States)
* Manage and work through channel partners by creating the right environment at multiple levels, by establishing clear objectives, mutual action plans and reviewing progress.
* Manage direct accounts and support them commercially to generate new business
* Develop new contacts with relevant key stake holders
* Provide product recommendations and price quotations promptly in response to client enquiries.
* Liaise internally with customer service and supply chain teams  to ensure clear communication to clients on product and services availability
* Taking part in relevant commercial activities, seminars, public relation events, trade shows, present new product / launches, etc.
* Travel frequently throughout the territory to build excellent understanding of markets/ potentials, client needs and develop good relationships at multiple levels
* Become part of the local Poland operations and team

Requirements:

* Higher Education in Chemistry or Rubber/polymers or Architecture/Civil/Industrial Engineering as a minimum. Additional advantage would be business related post graduate studies
* Minimum 8-10 years experience in a sales function (with technical products within a technical environment), within any manufacturing industry or  B2B components’ business
* Strong experience in managing distribution partners
* Proven track record on achieving targets and ability deal with technical problems
* Business development acumen with ease in developing new customer relationships
* Ability to  negotiate win – win scenarios with internal and external customers
* Used to working in a fast paced environment to meet demands
* Energetic and enthusiastic with success driven goals
* You work well in both a team environment as well as independent role
* Excellent communication and organization skills with excellent MS Office skills
* Fluent English is required, additional European language would be a big advantage
* Availability to travel frequently, over 50% of time
