Our client is an international leader in B2B, offering advanced solutions that support professionals every day in office/work environments. Due to continued growth, new sales plans with new product introduction on the Poland market, we are now looking for an experienced sales and team management professional for the challenging role of:

General Manager Poland
Place of work: Warsaw

Responsible for Poland market results and inceased sales performance. Direct manager to Poland team, approximately 30 employees. Direct report to owner of the business who is located at global HQ outside of Poland.
The main focus of this position is ambitious sales growth, introduction of new products on the Poland market, maintaining strong business relations with existing customers
 
Responsibilities: 

* Overall responsibility for legal entity performance and results
* People management and motivation
* Development and implementation of sales strategy  
* Sales and financial planning, P&L responsibility, cooperation with external accounting partner
* Monitoring and analysis of performance metrics and suggesting improvements; 
* Proposals for business development 
* Preparation of quarterly and annual sales forecasts and reports
* Analysis of market and competitors. 
 
Requirements:  

* Minimum 5 years professional sales/mangement experience, strong people managment skills
* Experience in B2B sales environment
* Experience in managing remote team would be beneficial
* Background in an international company would be an advantage 
* Good English is a must
* Strong leader with excellent communication and organization skills
* Ability to analyze and introduce changes where needed to improve business performance
